Production Control Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Control Coordinator with over three years of experience in production control or specialized training in scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fabrication, production, scheduling, and planning, along with a working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities
+ Plan, analyze, and schedule job orders in a manufacturing environment.
+ Coordinate production activities and ensure timely delivery of products.
+ Manage inventory control processes including cycle counting and physical inventory.
+ Collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
+ Utilize MRP/ERP systems for material planning and production scheduling.
+ Establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers.
+ Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
Essential Skills
+ Production control experience
+ Knowledge of fabrication, production, scheduling, and planning
+ Understanding of Lean manufacturing
+ Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
+ Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems
+ Ability to establish positive working relationships

Work Environment
Work is performed in a manufacturing warehouse environment, where conditions may vary. Expect exposure to moderate and excessive noise requiring hearing protection occasionally, dust, smoke, fumes, and extreme temperatures. Sharp instruments and hazardous equipment such as forklifts and hand tools are used. Personal protective equipment like hearing, eye, and hand protection, along with safety footwear, may be required in a machine shop setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
