Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

+ 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

+ 2 years of experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

+ 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.

+ Experience in building, leading and executing with various and highly cross-functional teams, with complex project management and cross-functional executive stakeholder management.

+ Experience in one (or more) of industries covered by Integrated Solutions (e.g., Health, Finance, Travel, Telecom).

+ Ability to lead, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with and influence teams across boundaries (cross-product, cross-organization, etc.).

+ Ability to operate with urgency, adaptability, and clarity of thought, in a fluid and dynamic team environment.

+ Excellent problem-solving, strategic, and communication skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders.

As the Strategy & Operations, Senior Manager - Integrated Solutions (IS) Specialists, you will act as the chief operating / strategy officer for the Large Customer Sales’ IS sector’s specialist teams. Partnering closely with IS Specialist leadership, you will drive strategic planning, the definition of product priorities for the LCS organization in line with ALCS, and ensure these priorities land operationally. With your team, you will also lead strategic projects for the LCS organization you partner with.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Own go-to-market sales strategy and execution for Integrated Solutions’ sales specialist organization, in partnership with Specialist Directors.

+ Manage annual strategic/business planning with key partners including headcount management. Facilitate communication and decision-making with leaders and teams.

+ Lead the team to define, align upon and execute against priority activation priorities, metrics, and strategies on a quarterly basis. Build, manage, and coach a team of Googlers.

+ Oversee multiple strategic pillars simultaneously and design organization-wide strategic processes to ensure long-term goals are being defined and met.

+ Lead strategic projects at sector-wide scale, that shape the future operating model and support long-term business priorities, including beyond the scope of specialisms.
