    Minimum qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    + 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.

    + Experience identifying client’s challenges to defining customer and product strategy, enabling opportunities.

    + Experience working with digital organizations.

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Experience providing product and domain expertise and lead responsibilities for product area related client projects for one or multiple customers to increase product adoption.

    + Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) advertising and managing digital advertising.

    + Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

    + Ability to influence level stakeholders with engaging objectives to address customer product needs and close agreements.

    + Ability to be a thought leader of Google product and engaged landscape.

    In this role, you will be responsible for advancing our customers' strategy and execution of Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen for Performance campaigns. You will have the opportunity to partner with Product teams to influence the Performance Product Roadmap and GTM to work across sectors and regions. The Search Design System (SDS) sector has on customers' with Lead Gen Marketing Objectives, providing even more opportunity to advise against the needs of the customer.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     + Partner with sellers on AI Powered Product adoption strategy across book of customers.

    + Develop pitches to influence Product adoption and business growth in the Lead Gen space against team priorities AI Search (BM, AI Max, VBB), Performance Max and Demand Gen for Performance.

    + Work with level stakeholders to translate their business objectives into AI driven product expansion and capture feedback to inform Product Roadmap.

    + Participate in cross sector and region communities dedicated to Google's Performance Ads solutions, sharing knowledge to the sector.

    + Improve frontline sellers on Google Performance positioning, strategy and execution of Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen Campaigns.
