    We are looking for a Private Duty LPN in Belton, Pleasant Hill and Raymore, MO

     

    Pay Rate: $28.00/hr-$35.00/hr

We're inviting passionate Licensed Practical Nurses to become part of our team, where you'll provide support to medically fragile children, teens, and young adults in an environment that prioritizes outstanding care and a healthy work-life balance.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide compassionate, individualized care for clients with complex medical needs

    + Monitors, records, and reports treatment reactions and changes in condition to relevant personnel.

    + Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams

    + Document care accurately in electronic charts and communicate effectively

    Who You Are:

    + A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN with current state licensure

    + Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure

    + Dedicated to providing safe, nurturing, and consistent care

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Positive and professional attitude
