    We are looking for a Private Duty RN in Odessa, MO

     

    Pay Rate: $30.00/hr-$37.00/hr

    Are you a compassionate RN who loves working with pediatric patients and cherishes building meaningful, one-on-one relationships? We would be thrilled to welcome committed Registered Nurses to our team, where we support medically fragile children, teens, and young adults in an environment that prioritizes both outstanding care and work-life balance.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide compassionate, individualized care for clients with complex medical needs

    + Monitors, records, and reports treatment reactions and changes in condition to relevant personnel.

    + Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams

    + Document care accurately in electronic charts and communicate effectively

    Who You Are:

    + A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure

    + Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure

    + Dedicated to providing safe, nurturing, and consistent care

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Positive and professional attitude
