Pay Rate: $28.00/hr-$35.00/hr with Premium Nights and Weekend Rate

Are you a compassionate RN passionate about pediatric care and eager to build meaningful one-on-one relationships with your patients? We would love to welcome dedicated Registered Nurses to our team, where you can make a difference in the lives of medically fragile children, teens, and young adults—all while enjoying a workplace that truly values exceptional care and a healthy work-life balance.

What You’ll Do:

+ Provide compassionate, individualized care for clients with complex medical needs

+ Monitors, records, and reports treatment reactions and changes in condition to relevant personnel.

+ Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams

+ Document care accurately in electronic charts and communicate effectively

Who You Are:

+ A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered (RN) with current state licensure

+ Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure

+ Dedicated to providing safe, nurturing, and consistent care

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Positive and professional attitude
