Monday - Thursday 6 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday - 6 AM – 11 AM

I. Job Summary
Under general supervision, provides clerical/administrative support to the training and development function. Coordinates the delivery of the designated training curricula according to the need of the organization.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
+ Plans, coordinates and communicates monthly training schedule for designated region and specified courses. May resolve routine scheduling conflicts.
+ Maintains records of course attendance, participants- evaluation, training and logistic cost, etc.
+ Maintains the training materials, reorders when necessary and coordinates the delivery to the training locations.
+ Assists with training development and implementation and special projects as required.
+ Handles clerical functions of the department including routine inquiries regarding training schedules, courses and special events.
+ Schedules training meetings or orientations; notifies attendees, and makes necessary arrangements. Arranges for outside services (audio visual, meals, travel) as needed.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
+ Experience: None required.

+ Ability to handle multi-tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work well independently as well as with a team
+ Excellent attention to details
