    The LinkedIn Scaled Programs, Center of Excellence, Go to Market Enablement Team is seeking an Enablement Lead who will be tasked with enabling Sellers and Managers with the skills and knowledge to drive results and deliver customer value. The enablement lead will be responsible for driving high-impact, scalable field enablement solutions across LinkedIn Global Business Organization.

     

    This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape scaled enablement programs that foster a high-performing sales culture, drive skill development and support operational excellence - aligned to business goals across our lines of business. This role focuses on building repeatable, tech-enabled learning programs that can be deployed at scale across regions and roles. As the Center of Excellence Scaled Programs team, we raise the bar for Sales Excellence by embedding learning and growth practices across Sales Skills, Sales Methodology, Sales Process and Sales Coaching. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring learning not only lands and sticks - but also drives meaningful and measurable value for our global business. We operate as a central team partnering closely with GTME lines-of-business teams to drive program adoption, deployment, and prioritization.

    Enablement Lead Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Act as lead subject matter enablement expert for large, complex, multi-quarter and multi-year sales initiatives requiring learning programs and change management to enable the field

    + Examine sales field work, priorities, and the environment to determine where and how to tie in skill development and other field operational opportunities that deliver measurable outcomes for the business

    + Work closely with partners within enablement (Learning Design, Program Operations, Sales Performance Consultants) and lines of business to develop and recommend seamless, comprehensive enablement programs that are grounded in our core sales skills and aligned to business goals

    + Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure programs are practical, relevant, and continuously improved

    + Use analytically driven insights to evaluate, validate and optimize programs based on business impact

    + Leverage enablement technologies such as AI tools to personalize learning, scale delivery and improve program effectiveness

    + Ensure effective change management and communication strategies are established across programs, including regionally, to ensure increased awareness and adoption, buy-in and engagement across the broader Enablement and Sales organizations.

    + Communicate up and across, ensuring global leaders have awareness and understand impact of programs, and provide Sales Performance Consulting team members with the necessary tools to activate programs across regions and segments

    + Demonstrates sales and business acumen: Previous experience enabling sales reps and managers, and acting as the business expert when working with partners to develop learning experiences. Ensures programs are highly relevant to sales and the lines of business and embedded in operational processes.

    + Learning program design and management: Experience with the design and build of learning programs including exposure to creating learning objectives, learning experiences, and program management.

    + Experience managing relationships and partnering with cross-functional teams to roll out large enablement programs at scale. May work cross-functionally to share enablement best practices and drive alignment across teams

    + Brings Innovative and Creative Mindset: Experience in bringing creative, out-of-the-box solutions to drive innovative and engaging enablement programs that solve for the skill requirements needed in the most effective way.

    + Establishes strong, trust-based relationships with internal GTME leadership, working team, cross-functional partners, and executive stakeholders

    + Measures and shares progress and feedback against global programming. Experienced in identifying key performance indicators tied to sales productivity, behavior change and ramp efficiency to assess enablement impact

    Basic Qualifications

    + 4+ years of experience in related roles: enablement, consulting, coaching, sales, program management, sales strategy, change management

    + 4+ years experience in planning, design and development of complex multi-stakeholder enablement programs

    + 4+ years experience assessing complex systems level problems and making recommendations accordingly for subsystems

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Proven sales experience or sales skills enablement for sales leaders

    + Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to take command of a room, experience leading programs with senior level leaders

    + Knowledge of adult learning, learning design, program development/management

    + Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in fast pace, high-growth environments

    + Demonstrated ability to build programming that is rooted in data, and effective in driving business outcomes

    + Familiarity with developing measurement frameworks for learning programs, with an understanding of how to connect enablement to business outcomes

    + Expertise in facilitating engaging and productive enablement workshops, ensuring clear communication, active field participation, and effective outcomes

    + Fluency in ML / AI tools, specifically conversation intelligence software, learning management systems, project management software, and MS Office products.

    + Experience with change management and leading organizational transformation

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

     

    The pay range for this role is $$93,000 to $143,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
