This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Chicago, or New York.

The Go To Market Enablement Consultant will play a pivotal role within LinkedIn’s Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement organization, with a dedicated focus on supporting both Sales and Customer Success (MCS) teams. This role is responsible for driving technology-forward solutions that empower Global Support (GS), Customer Success (CS), and Sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer and member experiences.
Success in this role hinges on strong cross-functional partnership. The Go To Market Enablement Consultant will act as a strategic connector across Sales & CS Operations, Technical Project Management, Product, and Engineering—ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution of initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and unlock insights through data and tooling. By blending enablement expertise with a deep understanding of technology and business needs, this role ensures that frontline teams are equipped with the right tools, training, and insights to exceed performance goals and customer expectations.
This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing scalable, tech-focused enablement programs, including dashboards, automation tools, and digital learning experiences. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, the ability to drive initiatives from end to end, and the capacity to generate actionable insights that align with LinkedIn's overall goals.
Responsibilities:
+ Stakeholder Management and Program Leadership: Build meaningful relationships with cross-functional partners and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to develop technology enablement programs tailored for customer success and support professionals.
+ Technical Enablement Solutions: Develop, manage, and implement enablement solutions and tools that leverage data analytics, automation, and e-learning to enhance the effectiveness of Global Support professionals. This includes designing and managing interactive dashboards, reports, and learning modules.
+ Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Conduct root cause analysis and leverage data-driven insights to identify key trends in service quality, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. Present insights to senior leadership and develop strategies based on findings. Use Kirkpatrick or ROI method of evaluation to measure the effectiveness of programs.
+ Project Management and Execution: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement programs, from design and development through to implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and adaptability to changing needs.
+ Quality and Readiness Assessment: Collaborate with Service Quality teams to establish and maintain high standards for enablement program performance and effectiveness. Design feedback loops and metrics to assess the impact of enablement initiatives on service quality.
+ Continuous Improvement: Utilize data, feedback, and change management principles to iteratively improve enablement tools and training resources. Implement strategies for ongoing optimization of enablement processes to adapt to evolving business needs and technologies.
+ Advocate for the needs of the Sales team in internal projects and new product development discussions
+ Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on GTM initiatives.
+ Oversee the adoption and utilization of sales tools such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Gong, Sales Navigator using data insights to iterate on enablement strategies and demonstrate the impact of enablement programs.
Basic Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, tech enablement or a related field with a background of improving sales performance
+ Experience managing enablement or quality programs with a focus on data-driven insights and technology integration.
+ Experience using data to inform decisions utilizing tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
+ Experience in project management with an emphasis on delivering tech-driven enablement programs.
+ Understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools.
+ Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and other sales enablement platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Analytical and data-driven with a deep understanding of key metrics for sales effectiveness and knowledge of Kirkpatrick model or ROI Method for evaluation.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and impactful way to senior leadership.
+ Experience equipping sales team with the tools, training, content, and processes they need to accelerate sales productivity and drive revenue growth
+ Ability to operate autonomously, driving results and strategic initiatives independently.
+ Experience using AI-driven tools for data analysis and learning management systems (LMS) for training programs.
+ Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar quality management methodologies.
+ Experience with LMS tools like Cornerstone and content development tools like Vyond, Canva, or Camtasia.
+ Experience with adult learning theories and application in technical enablement.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $93,000- $143,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
