    Hiring Bilingual (Vietnamese-English) call center representative in San Diego!

     

    - Location: San Ysidro, CA (Onsite)

     

    - Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

     

    - Type: Full-time | 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

    - Pay: $25/hour

    Are you fluent in Vietnamese and passionate about helping others? Join a mission-driven healthcare team where your voice truly matters. We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and families.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Answering 60–80 inbound calls daily from patients, vendors, and medical facilities

    + Providing exceptional service by listening, assisting, and resolving inquiries

    + Scheduling and rescheduling appointments via phone, SMS, and patient portal

    + Accurately routing calls and ensuring follow-ups are handled promptly

    + Supporting patients with appointment changes and general questions

    + Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless patient care

    + Meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

    • What You Bring:

    + Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English

    + 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare setting

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Professional phone etiquette and a calm, empathetic demeanor

    + Ability to type 35 WPM with 90% accuracy

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
