The JCC is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Culinary Assistant/ Food Prep Team. The ideal candidate will assist cooks in kitchen preparing food for the café. This position will also prepare heat and serve style lunches for our Kinder Camp.

RESPONSIBILITES:

+ Help in food preparation for events

+ Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner

+ Comply with and enforce kosher food laws, sanitation regulations and safety standards

+ Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

+ Ability to work under pressure

+ Has strong time management skills

+ Strong Organization

QUALIFICATIONS:

Culinary degree and/or other related experience
