Position Summary

Manage relationships with indirect sales channels (such as manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers) for business customers. Support the Clean Transportation team by leading the development, management, and training of trade and vendor networks. Partner with program managers to build and enhance marketing channels for electric vehicle (EV) programs. Lead efforts to identify and manage commercial partnerships that advance Xcel Energy’s clean transportation goals. Develop and execute channel strategies that support the company’s energy efficiency and electrification objectives.

Essential Responsibilities

+ Develop and implement strategic marketing plan to increase activity and support of Xcel Energy's CIP/DSM products and services by third party channels; influencing business customers energy efficiency decisions.

+ Develop and execute communication, promotion and training plans to third party channels. Negotiate, prepare and execute contracts or agreements with third party channels.

+ Develop and execute sales incentive and/or promotion programs for third party channels.

+ Develop budgets and sales forecasts for third party channels. Track the progress of channel sales against target goals.

Minimum Requirements

+ College degree required (business or marketing related preferred).

+ 5 years of experience in marketing, product management or sales is required.

+ Team and peer leadership with excellent communications skills and proven results.

+ 2 years' experience with regulatory requirements and conservation programs is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

+ 3 years' experience with EV products and programs

+ Develop and execute communication, promotion, and training plans for third-party channels

+ Negotiate, prepare, and execute contracts or agreements with third-party channels

+ Develop and execute sales incentive and/or promotion programs for third-party channels

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $95,200.00 to $135,200.00 per year
