Our company, Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving the worldwide need for custom space organization throughout the home.  We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more.  Our products are of the highest quality.  We have been in business for over 22 years and have locations across the country.  We have experienced substantial, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of people to manufacture our products.   Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Specialty & Quality Control Worker to join our custom closet production team. This role combines hands-on specialty fabrication with quality inspections to ensure our products meet the highest standards before installation. Key Responsibilities * Build and modify specialty closet components (glass, drawers, lighting, etc.) * Review drawings and custom specs; ensure accurate execution * Inspect completed jobs for quality, finish, and proper assembly * Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies * Collaborate with production teams to solve challenges * Keep accurate records and maintain a clean, safe workspace * Handle all receiving and verification of incoming materials and accessories Qualifications * 1+ year in custom cabinetry or closet production * Skilled in working with melamine, specialty materials, and 32mm systems * Proficient with power tools and shop equipment (table saw, edge bander, etc.) * Proficient with computers and data entry, signing off on all work completed * Able to read technical drawings and cut lists * Can lift 50 lbs and handle large panels * Strong attention to detail and quality standards * Team player with good communication skills This is a hands-on role critical to delivering a premium product.
