    SUMMARY: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Account Manager to take charge of Accounts Receivable and Client Contract Coordination. This role is critical to maintaining financial accuracy, improving cash flow, and ensuring contract compliance. If you excel in organization, communication, and client service—and want to grow within our team—this role is for you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Accounts Receivable * Process and reconcile incoming payments * Generate and send invoices promptly * Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on unpaid invoices * Investigate discrepancies and resolve payment issues * Maintain AR reports and records * Client Contract Management * Draft, review, and coordinate client contracts * Track revisions and ensure proper execution and storage * Maintain a contract database and share terms with key teams * Financial & Administrative Support * Assist with financial statements and audit prep * Help improve internal financial processes * Provide administrative support to Finance and Production * Organize filing systems (digital and physical) * Client Relations * Act as the go-to for invoice or contract-related client inquiries * Resolve billing questions and maintain strong client relationships QUALIFICATIONS: * 2+ years in AR, billing, or finance-related roles * Coursework or background in Accounting, Finance, or Business a plus * Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) & MS Office * Strong customer service mindset and communication skills * Strong Excel and basic accounting skills * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities * Able to work independently and prioritize effectively BEST-SELF ATTRIBUTES: * Self-starter with initiative and follow-through * Passion for helping clients and maintaining strong relationship * Detail-oriented and highly organized * Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills * Motivates others and leads by example PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Desk/computer work for extended periods * Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally   We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, paid sick leave, and a 401(k) with employer provided match.
