**Job Title** : Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

**Location** : North Reading, MA

About the Role:

The Materials Management Warehouse Operations department is looking for an organized, dedicated, and person with skills in a GMP warehouse environment. You will report to the Supply Chain & Warehouse Lead.

How you will contribute:

+ Supply and transfer GMP Raw Materials and General Supplies in support of Manufacturing Operations at the Cambridge and Lexington facilities.

+ Issuance and maintain GMP Raw Material and General Supply inventory accuracy via the company ERP system.

+ Conduct and maintain daily cycle count activities.

+ Receive and Quarantine raw materials in the GMP warehouse via the company ERP system.

+ Maintain warehouse in a constant state of organization and GMP compliance.

+ Maintain GMP cold chain equipment in a constant state of organization and GMP compliance - includes changing charts and liquid nitrogen tanks.

+ Package and ship bulk drug substance to Contract Manufacturer fill sites.

What you bring to Takeda:

+ High School Diploma

+ Experience in SAP

+ Experience in driving Powered Industrial Trucks

+ 5+ years working in GMP Environments

+ Driver's License is required and clean driving record required.

+ Must be able to lift 50lbs.

+ Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license. To include ability to operate all material handling equipment operated in the Supply Chain Warehouse Operations.

Important Considerations:

At Takeda, our patients rely on us to deliver quality products. As a result, we must follow strict rules in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering the quality of the product. In this role, you may:

+ Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.

+ Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.

+ Work in a cold, wet environment.

+ Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.

+ Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection.
