RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Identify high-risk failure modes early in design life cycle.

+ Identify sub-components that should be subject to endurance and fatigue testing (Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT)

+ Collaborate with design engineering and architecture teams to reduce risk.

+ Develop and perform laboratory tests for endurance and fatigue testing.

+ Develop and perform Design Verification Tests (DVT)

+ Support failure analysis, post sales product engineering, modeling/predicting of abnormal condition failure exposure, answer pre-sales reliability metrics like MTTR, MTBF, etc.

+ Understands the “designed for Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability” attitude.

+ Assist engineering and manufacturing teams with DFMEAs, PFMEA, Supplier Reliability, etc.

+ Familiarity with electronics circuit design and System design.

YOU HAVE:

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

+ Ideally 5+ years of professional experience in electronic circuit design and system development and manufacture.

+ Data-driven approach with deep analytical skills and strong attention to detail

+ Ability to handle multiple projects at once

+ Ability to complete tests and resolve problems in an unattended manner (self-starter)

+ Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
