    Description :

    Software Engineer capabilities with 10 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated IT analysis / programming tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Senior role that has responsibility for multiple large, complex software development with greater impact to the enterprise. Responsible for assisting Project leader/manager assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. 10 plus years of experience with Ca-Gen development analysis and design in a mainframe DB2 Client server environment. Good oral and written communication skills are required. This individual will be expected to work Currently 40% on-site 60% remote . This could change to 100% in house. On-site at the Madison Yards Way, 4822 Madison Yards Way, Madison, Wisconsin.
