We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team! The intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to various projects. This position is designed to provide exposure to different aspects of our organization and offers a dynamic learning environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects.
+ Conduct research and gather relevant data to support ongoing initiatives.
+ Collaborate with team members to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
+ Attend meetings and take notes to assist in project coordination.
+ Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
+ Learn and apply industry-specific tools and software.
+ Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
+ Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
+ This is open to college students only. Must be actively working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree.
+ Ability to work 20-25 hours per week, with hours including some nights/weekends.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
+ Ability to take initiative, but also able to ask for direction when needed.
+ Strong analytical skills: ability to organize large amounts of information.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Self-starter who takes initiative, highly reliable
+ Polished and professional when dealing with members, prospective members, sponsors, and executive management.
+ Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; flexible
