Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant position will support the growth of ICI. The primary duty will be supporting the estimating team as they complete critical work bidding high dollar construction projects. The Administrative Assistant will drive a company vehicle to deliver bid proposals to various locations throughout WA State. This position will support many tasks for the estimating of bids, Human Resources and could also support Contract Management, and Accounting. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Director of Human Resources.

Essential Responsibilities
+ Compile data and coordinate related work between the Estimator's and Estimating Administrator.
+ Answer telephones and route calls appropriately.
+ Deliver project bids and attend bid openings with company provided vehicle.
+ Assist with small works rosters applications, quote boxes, and bid envelopes.
+ Support estimating team by soliciting bids and supplier quotes as well as updating and managing sub/supplier lists.
+ Check for quotes through e-mail, fax, print, save to the shared folder and distribute to bid boxes.
+ Processing information, organizing, planning, and prioritizing work. Discuss with coworkers to coordinate work priorities and task.
+ Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer. Mail contracts or other pertaining documentation.
+ Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and computers.
+ Maintain the front desk appearance and route mail/packages to departments.

+ Ability to drive long distances with traffic in a company-provided vehicle.
+ Data entry and web-based research.
+ Exceedingly organized and ability to deliver time sensitive skills managing one’s own workload.
+ Ability to understand working assignments and administrative processes.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office suite (mostly Excel & Word), Adobe (edit pdf's) and/or Bluebeam.
+ Ability to perform various and diverse duties to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation.
Education & Experience:
+ Experience in high pressure positions.
+ Business Degree or Work Experience as Administrative Professional
+ Fundamental knowledge of construction field and bid process preferred.
Compensation Range : The salary range includes the minimum, midpoint, and maximum base salary values. A candidate's offer can vary depending on differentiating factors, including but not limited to education, training, or experience.
Non-Exempt Hourly $22.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary. This position travels for bid openings from Ferndale to Bellevue and east to the Yakima area in a company provided vehicle.
