    _An innovative, commercial scale manufacturing leader, specializing in preclinical and clinical testing, is hiring for a_ **_Manufacturing Technician level I & level II_** _with upstream manufacturing experience to join their growing team._

    **Pay:** $25-$34/hr DOE

    **Shift:** 3 rd ( 10:00pm – 6:30am)

    **Location:** Chicago, IL

    Responsibilities:

    + Accurately weigh and dispense materials for production use.

    + Operate filtration and s eparation systems in accordance with established protocols.

    + Perform cell culture inoculations, including mammalian and cytokine cells.

    + Execute fermentation processes and manage harvest operations.

    + Operate chromatography columns and tangential flow filtration (TFF) systems.

    + Conduct in-process testing such as pH, conductivity, spectroscopy, osmolality, and cell counts.

    + Prepare media and buffer solutions as needed for production.

    + Complete Batch Records and other cGMP documentation with accuracy and timeliness.

    + Promptly report deviations, incidents, or unusual events to the Supervisor.

    + Support the transfer of processes from Development to Manufacturing.

    + Follow all applicable safety regulations, GMP guidelines, and company policies.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related.

    + 2+ years of relevant manufacturing experience in the biologics or pharmaceutical industry.

    + Competence in operating complex bioprocess systems and equipment under GMP standards.

    + Familiarity with aseptic processing, filtration, fermentation, chromatography, and TFF operations.
