We are seeking an **_Academic Affairs Program Assistant_** who will work alongside SOURCE staff to help organize program materials, as needed.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
+ Must be available to provide assistance to SOURCE staff and program participants.
+ Assist in monitoring milestones, assignments, and Hopkins Engage (HE) impacts.
+ Review, organize, and analyze program data.
+ Provide outreach and communication pertaining to relevant SOURCE programs
+ Assist with managing program logistics.
+ The selected individual(s) will be responsible for preparing program materials and communications.
Minimum Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or graduation equivalent
+ Two years office/administrative experience
+ Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond HS Diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in a related field.
+ Some experience as a graduate student in the related area of support.
