You will architect and refine intelligence frameworks that integrate C2 systems, targeting platforms, and open-source data to deliver rapid and accurate situational awareness across domains.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Network Design:

+ Integrate targeting systems with primary C2 platforms in coordination with Joint Interface Control Officers.

+ Understand data requirements and flows across C2 systems, third-party platforms, and OSINT sources.

+ Use advanced analytics to detect patterns and anomalies; build and manage databases that enable easy access to intelligence.

    Reporting and Presentation:

+ Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership and operations teams.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure intelligence architectures meet specific mission needs.

+ Distill complex intelligence insights into actionable summaries for stakeholders at all levels.

    Operational Support and Optimization:

+ Provide strategic recommendations for operational planning using real-time network architecture data.

+ Identify opportunities to enhance targeting and intelligence processes via performance metrics and KPIs.

+ Continuously assess and optimize mission-critical data flows and network utilization.

    Risk Mitigation:

+ Monitor targeting and C2 networks for emerging threats and security gaps.

+ Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigations in coordination with cybersecurity teams.

+ Implement proactive defense strategies to protect personnel, platforms, and digital assets.

    Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

+ Research and apply emerging technologies to operational intelligence and kill chain design.

+ Lead innovation efforts in building adaptable and resilient networks.

+ Mentor team members on intelligence integration tools, methodologies, and systems engineering principles.

    State-of-the-Art Technology:

You will leverage industry-leading C2 systems, intelligence analytics platforms, and secure targeting environments to optimize data pipelines and battlefield awareness in real time.

    New Skills:

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with joint targeting processes, C3 systems, data analytics frameworks, and advanced mission planning tools while working alongside seasoned experts.

    Room to Grow:

This position is designed for growth. Whether advancing into technical leadership or driving enterprise-wide operational strategies, you will have the support and structure to expand your role and impact at JCTM.

    You Have:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 15+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s in a STEM field with 7+ years.

+ Proven experience in C2 operations, preferably within USMC Aviation Wing-level or federal environments.

+ Deep knowledge of targeting systems and network architectures.

+ Proficiency in data analysis techniques, reporting, and visualization.

+ Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills.

+ Strong interpersonal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Familiarity with operational network regulations, compliance standards, and mission security protocols.

+ Graduation from the Aviation C3 Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course.

+ Command and Control Duty Officer qualification.

    Nice to Haves:

+ Hands-on experience with software-defined networking (SDN) or tactical data link (TDL) protocols.

+ Certifications in systems engineering, intelligence architecture, or operational analysis (e.g., INCOSE, DAWIA).

+ Background in integrating emerging technologies like AI/ML into intelligence processes.

    Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
