+ Day Shift (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
+ 13-Week Contract | 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend Required
+ Start Date: ASAP – Bi-Weekly Orientations
Position Summary
A state-operated alcohol and drug abuse treatment center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join its team. CNAs will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, supporting individuals undergoing treatment for substance use and mental health disorders.
This facility is known for its beautiful scenery, small campus, family-oriented staff, and supportive leadership . It utilizes best practices such as Motivational Interviewing , Trauma-Informed Care , and Seeking Safety .
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide individualized patient care and comfort
+ Assist with daily living activities and hygiene
+ Monitor and report changes in patient condition
+ Support nursing staff with clinical and clerical tasks
Minimum Requirements
+ Prefer 1 year of CNA experience within the last 3 years
+ Graduate of a state-approved CNA program with active certification in good standing
+ Knowledge of medical terminology and clerical functions
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
+ Current health certificate (as per contract/state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
