Bettendorf Community School District is hiring aPart-Time ELP (Extended Learning Program) Teacherfor the2025–2026 school year.     Position: ELP Teacher- Emphasis on K- 5 (.5 FTE)

    Start Date:2025–26 School Year

    Hours:Part-Time (0.5 FTE)

     

    Starting Salary: Approx. $25,000 (BA, Step 0, based on 2025–26 salary schedule)

    Required Qualifications:

    + Must hold or be eligible to obtain anIowa teaching license

    + Must have or be working toward aK–12 Talented and Gifted Endorsement

    Knowledge, Skills & Responsibilities:

    Key responsibilities include:

    + Supporting the development and implementation ofPersonalized Education Plans

    + Designing engaging, enriched instruction tailored to advanced learners

    + Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to meet student needs

    + Monitoring and communicating student progress and achievement

    + Contributing to professional learning communities and program planning
