Job Summary:
_Are you dedicated to advancing nursing knowledge and eager to collaborate with pediatric, women’s health, and primary care professionals across various outpatient clinics? Join our team and bring your expertise in pediatrics, women’s health, and primary care to help shape clinical education and staff development._
_The Nurse Educator will provide comprehensive educational support across several sites, collaborating closely with practice leaders and new employees to design, deliver, and facilitate training programs, presentations, and ongoing professional development initiatives. This role requires travel between clinic locations to ensure consistent support and promote clinical excellence._
_This position offers a regular day shift schedule with_ **_no weekend or holiday work required_** _, supporting a healthy work-life balance. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
+ Master’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Master’s degree in related field
+ Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
+ AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
+ At least five (5) years' experience as registered nurse
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
+ Previous teaching experience AHA Instructor Certification Clinical Certification Certification in Nursing Professional Development
+ NPD-BC preferred
