This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
+ Responsible for supporting automotive surface treatment systems and Henkel Adhesive products as a subject matter expert.
+ Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation in the CRM tool and the SharePoint file.
+ Perform comprehensive training of surface treatment and adhesive technologies for internal and external customers.
+ Technical reporting and issue diagnosis of automotive pretreatment and adhesives for Henkel applications at customer sites.
+ When not traveling to customer sites support Henkel surface treatment and adhesives lab on current project load, will be located at Madison Heights facility.
+ Meet monthly with OEM corporate engineering to review current account quality and issues.
+ Lead all trials and launches of new lines and products by managing all support personnel and prelaunch activities.
What makes you a good fit
+ Minimum an associate's degree in chemistry or business, with some background in metal pre-treatment or adhesive preferred.
+ Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience with significant experience in a sales/service function, preferably at a customer site location.
+ Must have a strong work ethic and excellent customer relationship skills.
+ Strong communication skills both internally and externally.
+ Must have strong problem resolution and technical leadership skills.
+ Ability to travel up to 50% and meet with customers around the US, travel is domestic.
+ Role will be required to work in the office when not traveling.

The salary for this role is **$75,000.00 - $90,000.00** . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
