    The opportunity

     

    Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Guest Experience Host to join our team at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites in West Yellowstone, Montana. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for helping guests create lifetime memories during their stay.

    Pay

    $16.00 - $16.00 / hour

    What will you do?

     

    + Act as an ambassador for [UNIT NAME] by providing suggestions for sightseeing and daily activities

    + Recommend attractions in the local and surrounding area to ensure a truly memorable experience

    + Create rapport and hold meaningful conversations with all guests

    + Distribute complimentary items that guests can use during their stay

    More about you

    + Working knowledge of Gray Wolf Inn and Suites and surrounding areas

    + Do you have a working knowledge of Yellowstone and the ability to communicate well with our guests in a friendly manner?

    + Previous guest service experience preferred

    + Excellent interpersonal communication skills

    + Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism

    + No high school diploma or GED required

    Physical requirements

    + Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and carrying

    + Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions

    + Noise level may be moderate to loud
