    About This Opportunity

     

    The Accounts Receivable Specialist maintains receivable records for the organization.

    What You Will Do

     

    + Responsible for invoicing of equipment orders out of GFS United States and all invoicing for GFS Canada

    + Process return merchandise authorizations (RMA’s) and issue credits

    + Assist with international sales reporting at year end

    + Assist with progress and installation billing to customers

    + Assist Credit & Collections department with inquiries

    + Answer Accounts Receivable phone inquiries and follow up as needed

     

    What You Have to Offer

     

    + One-year degree/certificate from a college or technical school and/or one year of related experience and training
