Pharmacist, Financial Analyst

The Pharmacy Financial Analyst leads critical financial and operational initiatives to optimize the performance of the organization's pharmacy services, with a focus on revenue cycle effectiveness, charge integrity, and reimbursement strategy. This role partners with Finance, Compliance, IT, Revenue Cycle, and Pharmacy Leadership to perform complex data analyses, monitor key financial indicators, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations. The analyst identifies revenue opportunities, drives corrective actions, and supports strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and performance tracking.
The analyst also oversees pharmacy-related contracting activities, including financial modeling, compliance validation, and performance evaluation. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the development and oversight of operating and capital budgets, tracking capital project progress, and informing long-term financial planning efforts for pharmacy operations. This role plays a key part in advancing revenue optimization, resource alignment, and strategic planning across the pharmacy enterprise.
Required Education and Experience
Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Two (2) years of experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy operations, revenue cycle, or data analytics.
Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting.
Knowledge of Epic Willow and pharmacy claims processing.
Epic certified in modules supported or receive certification within 6 months from employment.
Experience with financial audits and compliance monitoring.
Required Credentials
Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist or Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the state that you are working from.

Compensation Range
$139,486.00 - $209,228.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
