    Pay RANGE: $98,000.00-$110,000.00 | Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

     

    **Job Purpose or Objective:** The Account Director manages all workflows into and out of the department, maintaining agreed upon timelines, knowing project status, and ensuring delivery of all collateral and marketing assets. You will report to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing.

    Primary Tasks

    •You will collaborate in the writing of creative briefs and assist the Marketing Managers in the execution of marketing plans.

     

    Develop and contribute to client relationships by becoming a strategic partner to the program/service/departments' operational team. Service clients personally and directly throughout the life of a project, updating and including the Marketing Manager when needed.

     

    Lead project kick-off meetings which may include initial discovery and strategy development support and setting up processes for all projects.

     

    Be a team leader, responsible for support, addressing areas of need, and ensuring the highest possible quality of work is generated by the team.

     

    You will work with the client and several teams to ensure requirements are understood and documented, and that projects are managed and delivered according to expectation.

     

    Be a primary contact to address project issues and resolve them before they escalate.

     

    Prepare and deliver ongoing reports/reviews to senior leadership to show project progress, milestones, and departmental successes and challenges.

     

    Oversee full execution of assigned marketing projects to facilitate accuracy and consistency across all channels.

     

    Perform other work duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements

    •Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or or four (4) years directly related experience.

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships

     

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

     

    Knowledge of Workfront Software

     

    Direct experience working with advertising/marketing agency

     

    Three (3) years project management experience
