Pay Range: $77,000.00 to $95,000.00 Annually| Hybrid Schedule of 60% On-Site and 40% Remote/Monday-Friday/8:00 AM-5:00 PM/Labor Day Holiday and Some Weekend Events
**Job Purpose or Objective:** Senior Digital Content Producer position will create a more helpful workflow for the Multimedia Department (Video) to create content for the Choctaw Nation. You will produce all phases of pre-production to allow Content Producers to focus on the production phases. The Senior Digital Content Producer will do this by maintaining relationships with Marketing/Public Relations teams, promoting outside vendor lists and creating storyboards. You will report to the Multimedia Director.
Primary Tasks
•Develop multimedia (audio/video) content for brand and marketing initiatives
You will produce or direct production for projects; write treatments, determine scope, scout and select locations and talent, coordinate shoots
Manage creative projects, including scripting, storyboarding, and graphic elements, to ensure brand consistency
You will direct video shoots and manage production crew
Source and manage external vendors for production support
Collaborate with RMs, clients and stakeholders to assess and complete production needs
Complete video and audio production for CNO events
Oversee podcast production
Produce and manage short format shows
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree or extensive training in broadcast journalism, film & television, audio/video production, or four (4) years of relevant experience.
5+ years of solid work experience in video and audio production and at least 1 year of marketing experience
Must be a creative self-starter with exceptional multimedia storytelling skills
Advanced proficiency with video and audio editing software and equipment
Videography skills
This role will require effective collaboration across multiple teams, departments, and individuals.
Frequent travel required
2+ years of podcasting experience
