Description
Summary: responsible for the day to day operations and customer service of the designated office.
Job Duties:
+ Front office staff supervision
+ Client Advocate Supervision
+ Appointments and support for psychiatric services
+ Coordination of reports to SFBHN/DCF for waitlist, voter registration, and hearing impaired, peer reviews, and client satisfaction surveys
+ Coordinates Record/medical information requests
+ Maintains Check requests
+ Maintains Petty cash
+ CARF related drills and activities
+ Client/Staff Grievances
+ Medication Inventory
+ Supplies and equipment
+ Serves on Environment of Care Committee
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Experience and Competencies:
+ One year of related work in medical office/facility, or customer service experience required
+ One year of related work experience in Mental Health, and / or Substance Abuse field preferred
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Must have the ability to perform basic computer operations including email and filling out electronic forms.
+ Hands on and electronic training are provided covering a broad spectrum of topics involved with client care, psychology and addiction field
+ Ability to meet GCC insurance requirements for driving an agency vehicle
+ Ability to meet requirements of Department of Children and Families/Department Correction background check
+ + Ability to meet requirements of Monroe County Sheriffs Office background check
+ CPR Certification, First Aid Certification and an annual Tuberculosis test.
+ Ability to provide an Affidavit of Good Moral Character
+ Clearance in Pre-Employment Drug Testing and Criminal Records Checks, as required.
