    The **Inspection Pressure Relief Device Coordinator and Inspection Data Specialist** is responsible for managing the pressure relief device testing process and updating the inspection data management system to ensure continued mechanical integrity of the refinery equipment and piping along with overall safety of the facility and surrounding communities

    Responsibilities May Include:

    + Maintain the Ferndale Refinery Pressure Relief Device Test and Repair program

    + Interface with repair shop and coordinate PRDs out for maintenance and return

    + Keep Planning Department up to date daily with PRD’s coming due for maintenance

    + Determine and schedule test and repair intervals

    + Meet with Auditors regarding PRD maintenance performance

    + Prepare Installation Traveler forms and collect Removal Check lists

    + Inspect all PRD’s going into service and give approval for installation

    + Order safety valves and/or repair parts as needed

    + Prepare annual equipment order

    + Supply planners with scheduling requirements and ensure correct WOs and POs using SAP

    + Request quotes and ensure vendors have all purchase order information

    + Create inspection work requests (IWR’s/work tickets)

    + Track PRD’s for upcoming equipment outages and major turnarounds

    + Maintain PSV spares in the warehouse

    + Highlight and report any entry’s in PCMS that are non-compliant with the Inspection procedures for correction

    + Highlight and report any thickness data at or below Retirement to the Unit Inspector for proper resolution

    + Update SharePoint NDE tracker as necessary

    + Enter or edit CML’s in PCMS upon request from Inspectors.

    + Review invoices and daily job logs

    + Ensure contractor costs are charged to correct POs and WOs

    + Participate in monthly PCMS user meetings

    + Provide support for turnaround and shutdowns as needed for reference inspection equipment files

    Required Qualifications:

    + Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent

    + 2 or more years of experience with Plant Condition Monitoring System (PCMS)

    + 2 or more years of working knowledge in pressure relief device construction and functionality.

    + 2 or more years of experience with SAP

    + Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Power Point and Excel

    + Currently hold or be able to qualify to receive a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card prior to employment start date. Note: information regarding TWIC qualification standards may be found at https://www.tsa.gov/twic

    + Willingness and ability to perform and comply with following, with or without reasonable accommodations:

    + To wear personal protective equipment (such as fire-retardant clothing, steel-toe shoes, ear and eye protection)

    + To maintain your face so that a respirator / face mask can seal properly, (i.e. to be clean shaven (facial hair))

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 3 or more years of working knowledge in pressure relief device construction and functionality.

    + Basic level of working knowledge of P66 ARC process and electronic reporting work processes such as My Forms

    + Work with a variety of personalities and attend daily meetings

    + Has ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner.

    + Able to demonstrate the effective use of the following competencies: Organizational Skills, Networking, Problem Solving and Communicatio

     

    The **Ferndale Refinery** is located on Puget Sound in Ferndale, Washington, approximately 20 miles south of the U.S.-Canada border. Facilities include crude distillation, naphtha reforming, fluid catalytic cracking, alkylation and hydrodesulfurization units. It processes a variety crude oils, including Alaskan North Slope, Canadian and other foreign and U.S. shale crudes, primarily delivered via marine vessel and pipeline. Within the refinery is a rail car crude oil receiving facility with a capacity of 30,000 BPD. This offloading facility, owned by Phillips 66 Partners, makes the receipt of additional crude by rail car possible. The refinery produces a high percentage of transportation fuels. Other products include residual fuel oil, which is supplied to the northwest marine bunker fuel market. Most refined products are distributed to customers by pipeline and barge to major markets in the northwestern United States.

    Compensation:

    The base pay range for this role is **$86,100 – $110,700** depending on a candidate's relevant work experience and education.
