We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
+ Review resumes and route them to the appropriate hiring managers
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a smooth process
+ Adhere to established processes while bringing efficiency and accuracy to every task
+ Maintain an organized tracking system for candidate progress
+ Handle multiple priorities with professionalism, speed, and attention to detail
What We're Looking for in a Recruiting Coordinator:
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
+ Experience in recruiting, HR, or a similar administrative role ( _preferred but not required_ )
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
+ Adaptability and a proactive approach to new processes and challenges\
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other MS programs
