    ABOUT YOU

    As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you are a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives on accuracy, collaboration, and clear communication. You take pride in ensuring financial integrity, proactively resolving discrepancies, and helping others understand complex account information. You approach your work with curiosity and a drive for improvement, using data to uncover insights and streamline processes. Others trust you to maintain strong relationships, meet deadlines, and support both operational needs and long-term financial health.

    What you will do:

    + Review payment applications and invoices to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contract terms.

    + Analyze accounts receivable trends, aging reports, and unapplied cash to identify root causes and drive resolution.

    + Collaborate with business units and customers, participate in meetings, and respond to inquiries to ensure clear, accurate account information.

    + Prepare dashboards, reports, and forecasts; support audits; and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and cross-functional teamwork.

    WHAT YOU OFFER

    + Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with at least 3 years of experience in an accounting environment.

    + Proficiency with automated online accounting systems.

    + Strong ability to work independently while supporting broader team goals.

    + Skilled in multitasking and managing time effectively in deadline-driven settings.
