    Monday through Friday, occasional nights and weekends as needed to support events.

    This is an essential, full-time, on-campus role based on-site to ensure seamless in-person collaboration and effective liaison between various programs and the marketing team. While this role is in-person, the position will also regularly engage with remote team members and participate in virtual meetings for training, direction, and project coordination.

    Job Summary

    The Digital Systems Associate plays a key role in advancing the strategic goals of the Graduate Business Programs at the David Eccles School of Business. This cross-functional role blends data management, systems operations, web updates, and light marketing execution to support student recruitment, enhance team operations, and strengthen program visibility.

     

    The ideal candidate will bring a versatile skill set, technical aptitude, and a proactive, collaborative approach to their work. This is a full-time, on-campus role that requires consistent presence and responsiveness to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic, mission-driven team.

    Responsibilities

    + Collects, organizes, and enters data across systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    + Analyzes data using tools such as Excel, SQL , and Google Analytics; identifies trends and develops actionable insights.

    + Prepares and distributes reports for internal stakeholders; supports ad hoc data requests and special projects.

    + Performs regular audits and data cleaning to maintain system integrity across platforms, including Salesforce.

    + Supports digital advertising efforts through basic management of Google Ads and monitoring of key performance metrics.

    + Assists with updating and maintaining program websites; ensures content is accurate, timely, and aligned with SEO best practices.

    + Manages administrative tasks including P-card reconciliation, inventory management, and office coverage.

    + Provides backup support for data entry and operational processes.

    + Collaborates with staff and faculty to ensure project timelines, expectations, and deliverables are met.

    + Contributes to a culture of accountability, follow-through, and service-oriented problem solving.
