    Role Overview:

    As a Protective Intelligence Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential threats to personnel and special events. This position is full-time and based on-site in Evendale, OH, with frequent travel (up to 25%) both domestically and internationally. You will work closely with security teams, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to ensure the safety and security of individuals and assets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and emerging risks related to executive protection and special events.

    + Conduct risk assessments and threat evaluations for individuals, locations, and events.

    + Prepare detailed intelligence reports and briefings for security teams and leadership.

    + Provide real-time updates on potential threats during high-profile events or travel.

    + Develop actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.

    + Liaise with law enforcement, government agencies, and private security partners to share intelligence and coordinate responses.

    + Support event planning teams with security-related intelligence and risk assessments.

    + Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to collect and process intelligence data.

    + Conduct post-event reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of intelligence efforts and identify areas for improvement.

    + Stay informed about global security trends, geopolitical developments, and industry best practices.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They thrive in high-pressure environments, are adaptable to rapidly changing situations, and are committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of their work.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

    + 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, executive protection, or related security roles.

    + Experience in threat assessment and risk management for high-profile individuals or events.

    + Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Security Clearance.

    + Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

    + Frequent travel (up to 25%) required, both domestically and internationally.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

    + Proficiency in OSINT tools, social media monitoring platforms, and intelligence software.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.

    Additional Information:

    + Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

    + Shift: Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

    + Background and drug screening required.

    + Physical requirements: Ability to work in high-stress environments and travel frequently.
