    What You Will Do:

    At the DMI, the Global Headquarters of our L'Oréal Brands, you play a pivotal role in shaping the global strategy and direction of international brands. Here are some of the key missions you'll undertake when working within one of our brands DMI.

    Global Strategy Development:

    + Vision and Brand Frame: Develop a globally resonant vision and brand framework, defining the brand's essence, core values, and audacious long-term goals.

    + Market Understanding: Uncover global trends, consumer desires, and competitive landscapes through thrilling market analyses.

    Innovation and Creativity:

    + Forward-Thinking and Innovative: Foster an innovative culture within the brand, staying ahead of industry trends and continually seeking groundbreaking ideas.

    + Big Ideas: Generate and champion bold ideas that can disrupt the market, differentiating the brand through innovative products or content creation.

    + Creativity: Infuse magic and uniqueness into brand strategies, ensuring an indefinable quality that captivates consumers.

    Conceptualization and Storytelling:

    + Conceptual Thinking: Develop and communicate conceptual strategies aligned with the brand's identity for a global target audience.

    + Storytelling: Craft captivating brand stories that forge emotional connections with global consumers, unveiling the brand's unique personality and values.

    Global Coordination & Brand Performance:

    + All Markets Coordination: Ensure alignment and coordination of marketing strategies globally, maintaining a consistent brand image.

    Consumer-Centric Approach:

    + Consumer Insights: Leverage consumer insights to inform and refine marketing strategies, aligning them with audience needs and desires.

     

    In essence, the role in the Strategic Marketing Direction of a Beauty Brand involves being a visionary leader who shapes the global strategy, infuses creativity into the brand and its products, and ensures a strong and consistent brand presence across diverse international markets.

    Examples of this include:

    + Developing a next greatest mascara

    + Creating Global campaigns for brands like Kiehl's, Maybelline, Skinceuticals, etc

    + Supporting markets like Mexico, France, India launch the brands' CSR partnerships and campaign

    Requirements:

    • College Degree Holder

    + 5 - 10+ years of experience
