You will partner closely with our brands, media agency, media team, centralized LUSA and Data Driven Experiences (DDX) teams to turn our data into a growth engine. By connecting audience insights by platform, by funnel, by category with media planning and execution, you will help ensure we are reaching the right consumers, on the right platforms, at the right time.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the roadmap and have a measurable impact on our transformation.

+ Support brands and enable them from end-to-end of activation processes, from briefing strategic audience plans to executing activations to closed loop measurement.
+ Collaborate with corporate (LUSA CDMO) teams to embed enterprise-level Consumer Data Strategy and omnichannel best practices into CPD campaigns.
+ Develop and maintain a transparent and actionable audience portfolio, including availability, segment definitions, and sizing.
+ Identify audience growth targets and partner with CRM/Media to activate plans for 1P acquisition and 2P reach expansion.
+ Surface and close data gaps, build new segments, and improve targeting in collaboration with brands and platform partners.
+ Leverage testing, partner data, partner AI capabilities, and industry studies to quantify the value of audience-led strategies—especially 1P data-driven activations.
+ Lead shoppable media partnerships (e.g., MikMak), ensuring executional excellence and impact measurement across brands.
