    Overview

     

    The Manager Operations will project management, media reporting and budgeting, help to develop and implement ongoing process improvements, and facilitate communication between our regional and global teams.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage staff plans, fee, and time reconciliation reports

    + Conduct media financial reporting (internal, external, and budget/billing management)

    + Help oversee client billing reconciliation

    + Interact with and coordinate across regional teams to ensure seamless and timely communication

    + Timeline development - tracking progress, holding teams accountable to timelines

    + Keeping key partners informed

    + Assist with systems access and permissions

    Qualifications

    + 1-2 years of relevant experience within operations or media planning; agency experience preferred

    + Excellent organizational skills with time sensitive deadlines

    + Strong knowledge and ability in Microsoft Excel & Media Tools

    + Ability to juggle multiple projects at once

    + Ability to work autonomously

    + Financial and Project Management background a plus

    + Extremely detail oriented and passionate about processes

    + Skilled in basic accounting principles/budget tracking

    + Media experience required

    Compensation Range: $49,305 - $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
