    **Location:** Dallas, TX | **Pay Rate:** $33.81/hour | **Schedule:** Full-Time, 2nd Shift (4pm - 2:40am)

As a Senior Avionics Installer, you won’t just install components — you’ll lead a skilled team, solve complex challenges, and directly impact the precision and reliability of every flight system.     What You’ll Do – Daily Responsibilities

    In this hands-on leadership role, you will:

    + Lead and support a team of technicians in avionics installations and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

    + Install, modify, fabricate, and test wiring and electrical systems based on blueprints, engineering drawings, and schematics.

    + Perform termination, ring-out, and functional testing of avionics systems.

    + Train and mentor team members in techniques, procedures, and quality standards.

    + Troubleshoot issues and assist Engineering with system modifications and repairs.

    + Maintain accurate records, ensure all work meets FAA and customer specifications, and uphold the company’s quality standards.

    + Enforce and participate in key safety and quality initiatives including FOD control, 5S, and tool accountability.

    + Inspect work—yours and your team’s—to ensure defect-free assembly and readiness for final inspection.

    + Step in for team leadership when needed and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

     

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics **and** two (2) years of related work experience **OR** Four (4) years of experience in an avionics/electronic career field.

    + Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and engineering documents.

    + Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

    + Basic computer and keyboarding skills.

    + Fluent in English (written and spoken).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Previous leadership or mentoring experience in an avionics installation environment.

    + Familiarity with Company Policies and Procedures, Inspection Procedures Manual, and Process Specifications.

    + Hands-on experience in high-complexity aircraft environments.

    **Pay Details:** $33.81 per hour
