What you'll do...

Senior Process Mining Program Manager

**Process Mining** is an innovative approach that uses data science to discover, monitor, and improve business processes. It works by extracting knowledge from event logs in information systems to provide clear visibility into actual workflows, identify bottlenecks, and reveal opportunities for efficiency improvements. Think of it as an X-ray for your business processes that helps uncover hidden inefficiencies and guide data-driven optimization efforts

Responsibilities

+ Lead and oversee the organization's process mining program, from strategy development to implementation and continuous improvement.

+ Design and execute efficiency projects based on insights derived from process mining and data analysis.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and develop data-driven solutions.

+ Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations and implementation plans.

+ Build and maintain dashboards for monitoring operational KPIs and measuring project impact.

+ Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes.

+ Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure deliverables meet business objectives.

+ Apply operational research methodologies to optimize business processes and resource allocation.

+ Conduct quantitative analysis to solve complex operational problems and improve decision-making.

+ Stay current with emerging process mining technologies and methodologies.

+ Establish clear communication channels to align business stakeholders and delivery teams.

+ Develop executive reporting materials and facilitate communication between stakeholders and implementation teams.

+ Support the management of project schedules, timelines, and milestones for effective delivery.

+ Create and maintain documentation for process standards and best practices.

+ This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or related field and 5 years' experience in program/project management OR 7 years' experience in program/project management with focus on process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative field.

+ Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Apromore).

+ Strong knowledge of digital transformation and operational excellence frameworks.

+ Experience applying operational research techniques such as simulation modeling, optimization, and statistical analysis to solve business problems.

+ Experience in implementing real-time monitoring systems in operational environments. · Knowledge of lean/Six Sigma methodologies (certification a plus).

+ Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, workflow automation).

+ Experience with operations research software tools (e.g., MATLAB, CPLEX, Python libraries).

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.

+ Experience with agile project management methodologies.

+ Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to express complex technical topics clearly.

+ Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
