    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a versatile Visual Content Specialist to join our creative team. This multi-faceted role focuses on photography with a solid foundation in graphic design and project coordination to support our toy brand marketing and event needs. The ideal candidate will have experience photographing and editing high-quality images, designing eye-catching graphics, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across hybrid and in-office environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Photography & Image Editing

    + Plan, execute, and edit product and packaging photography for our toy brands, including both studio and on-location projects

    + Edit lifestyle photography and perform image clipping as required

    + Ensure high standards of lighting and composition of photos

    + Collaborate with remote teams for image photography and editing projects

    + Upload images to TOMY’s image library

    Graphic Design & Production

    + Work with sales and marketing to design product planograms for tradeshows that support product presentation and ensure optimal use of booth space

    + Develop graphic assets for trade shows and showroom events

    + Create planograms and merchandising display renders for retail partners across various channels

    + Design assets that support product packaging, including: booklets/posters/instruction sheets

    + Layout and edit TOMY sales and marketing collateral

    + Assist with package mockups for retailer meetings

    Project Coordination

    + Manage design, approval, and print timelines for multiple event deadlines simultaneously

    + Assist with pre-show planning, booth packing, product preparation, and tradeshow setup

    + Collaborate with remote teams to facilitate execution of visual asset collateral for tradeshows, merchandisers, and signage

    Qualifications:

    + 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, or photography.

    + Proven experience in product photography and photo editing

    + Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless body cameras, studio & location lighting, and tethered shooting workflows

    + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

    + Excellent communication skills for coordinating with both in-office and remote teams

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience in toy, game, or retail industry

    + Familiarity with trade show planning and planogramming

    + Strong creative vision for branding and marketing assets

    **Location:** This is a full-time position in Dyersville, Iowa. This position qualifies for hybrid working with the opportunity to work from home on Mondays and Fridays with Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday as mandatory office days. Candidates must be willing to travel for key projects.
