Position Summary...
Join our high-impact Digital Merchandising team and help shape the future of how members shop for online. As a Digital Merchandising Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the digital experience, supporting product launches, and driving category growth through data-driven insights and creative execution. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to enhancing online sales and member satisfaction.
What you'll do...
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring curated assortments to life across our digital platforms.
+ Use data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improving product content, discoverability, and conversion.
+ Support the execution of online events and promotions, ensuring accuracy and excellence in digital presentation.
+ Partner with suppliers to optimize product listings and ensure alignment with digital merchandising best practices.
+ Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve content health, including ratings, reviews, and enriched product detail pages.
+ Stay current on eCommerce trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance the member experience.
What you'll bring...
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
+ A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with merchants, marketers, and suppliers.
+ Attention to detail and a passion for delivering a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.
+ Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Familiarity with digital merchandising tools, web analytics, or eCommerce platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
+ 2 years of experience in eCommerce, site merchandising, website management, or content management.
+ Experience with web analytics tools and/or content management systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
