Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Employee Experience to join our People & Culture team. This early-career role is ideal for a recent graduate with a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
The Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the administration and continuous improvement of our employee engagement platform, tracking and driving follow-up actions from survey feedback, and providing change management support to local project teams across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for employee experience, and the ability to coach and facilitate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement Platform & Survey Support
• Administer and maintain the employee engagement platform (Workday Peakon)
• Coordinate the deployment of engagement surveys, including scheduling, communications, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze survey results and generate reports for leaders and stakeholders.
• Track action items and follow-up activities resulting from survey feedback.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and team leaders to ensure accountability and progress on engagement initiatives.
Change Management Support
• Collaborate with local project teams to support the people side of change for key initiatives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Support the creation of change communications, training materials, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Monitor and assess change readiness and adoption metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Coaching & Facilitation
• Facilitate team discussions, feedback sessions, and action planning workshops.
• Coach team leads and project sponsors on engagement and change management best practices.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to teams navigating organizational change, helping to build resilience and alignment.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Work closely with HR, Communications, and Learning & Development teams to align engagement and change efforts with broader organizational goals.
• Stay current on industry trends and research in employee engagement and change management.
• Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and resources to scale engagement and change practices across the organization.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects may be considered).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and coach individuals or teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across levels and functions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with employee engagement platforms (e.g., Culture Amp, Qualtrics, Glint).
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Miro).
• Exposure to project management or agile methodologies is a plus.
