Description

A day in the life:

+ Support the intake process for new clients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed efficiently.

+ Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Understand and represent the various funding options for clients.

+ Utilize software system to order and coordinate services for clients ensuring smooth operations and meal delivery.

+ Schedule and conduct one-on-one meetings with at-risk clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate services.

+ Provide service recovery and address client concerns or complaints. Takes action to effectively resolve issues.

+ In coordination with the Meals on Wheels team, develop and implement outreach strategies to attract new clients.

+ Participate in networking events and community outreach programs to build relationships and promote our services.

+ This is a grant funded position last one year.
