A Typical Day for a Household Coordinator at Wesley on Grand:
+ Set an example of encouraging resident choice and providing a social model of care.
+ Provide leadership as a member of the Nursing Leadership Team
+ Perform all the duties of a nurse for the purpose of providing health care services to residents and their families.
+ Assist is the evaluation of the health care services needed for each resident relative to the level of lifestyle accommodation.
+ Participate in ensuring the community is always following all applicable regulations.
+ Maintain confidential relations with residents and families while assisting in providing spiritual, psychological, and social needs of residents
+ Participates in on-going Quality Assurance programming and conducts audits as requested
Open Shifts Available
+ Full-Time, On-Call every 5th weekend

Qualifications
+ Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred, we welcome applications from Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who meet the qualifications.
+ A minimum of two years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting is preferred
Compensation:
+ Pay range for the this position is $63,000-$84,000/yr and is based on years of experience.
