    Job Description:

    + This position will be responsible for assisting the **Financial Compliance Monitoring** and **US Transparency Reporting** department in supporting the execution of the compliance monitoring program and the accurate reporting of data for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) for Federal Sunshine and state reporting.

    + The financial analyst will assist in investigating, documenting, and reporting potential compliance observations with the sales reps for **meal expenses with HCPs** in **Concur CTE (expense reporting system).**

    + This role will also assist in researching and correcting errors in the HCP and HCO data for federal and state reporting.

    + Office environment; team of 20, positive team dynamics; US Commercial Financial Compliance Group.

    Skills:

    + Excel: V-Look Up; Pivot Tables, solid intermediate level of usage and understanding; large data sets, etc.

    + Solid communication skills: Verbal; Written; comfortable approaching internal clients across functions at Manager/Director levels.

    + Detail oriented; organizational skills to use with large data sets.

    + Solid judgment: ability to know when to ask questions and what questions need to be asked.

    + Four Year Bachelor’s degree, 0 – 3 years’ experience.

    Qualification:

    + Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree

    + Proficient Excel skills required

    + Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    + Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA experience preferred

    + Execute priorities established by Manager with speed and agility
