Job Description Summary:
The VP, Women’s Health and Government Access is responsible for managing all aspects of the Women’s Health Business Unit (Operations, Sales, and Access) and delivering budgeted EBITA for the year. The VP, Women’s Health and Government Access is also responsible for monitoring all Government Access programs (including Medicaid and Medicare) in partnership with Government Affairs, determining the impact to Option Care Health of changes in programs, developing strategy and communication to influence program changes, and execution and impact measurement of program changes. Additionally, this role will partner closely with the Chief Medical Officer and Clinical Excellence Team to implement other care management programs (like Women’s Health) across other disease areas that are reimbursable by payers.
**Job Description:**
+ Develop, cultivate relationships, and drive execution of strategy for Government Access programs, including finding opportunities for partnerships and developing value-based solutions where appropriate. This also includes working cross-functionally to develop guidelines for pricing and contracting of these opportunities.
+ Represent the Market Access & Contracting Team in key organizational priorities, including the development of strategy, value messaging, and communication planning with Government accounts at the state and federal levels.
+ Owns the Government Access strategy and execution, directing and driving the alignment and execution of the strategy across all relevant functions in the organization.
+ Set the culture and leadership of the Women’s Health Business Unit, including the delivery of the targeted financials.
+ Strategically expand Women’s Health Business Unit with the CMO and Clinical Excellence team to extrapolate the methodology for other disease states, including the value messaging and materials to obtain reimbursement from all payer types.
+ Operates as a member of the Market Access Leadership Team, living, driving, and cultivating the culture of the organization and driving for goal oriented results across the team.
Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree
Basic Qualifications
+ 15+ Years of Experience within the Managed Care space
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects to deliver results as a high performing team
+ Proven ability to develop and execute on a strategy
+ Proven ability to develop relationships at accounts

Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)
Master’s degree or other advanced degree
Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $203,171.21-$338,626.03
