Provides administrative and operational support to a mission center. Position requires deep knowledge and experience with the Customer field environment. Individual will be assisting in the management and facilitation of daily activities and actions required to support Customer field locations/sites.
Responsibilities
• Serves as focal point for all office actions and data calls
• Creates and coordinates responses to assigned actions and taskings and follow through to completion; coordinates and
combines disparate responses into single, coherent response.
• Extensive knowledge of client communication and messaging systems (cables, ememos, ticketing systems etc.)
• Knowledge of field communications
• OCONUS Travel Experience
• Individual in this position provides support in the areas of strategic planning, support to technical efforts within the
Center by contributing to Sponsor programs and projects.
• Supports and represents Sponsor in efforts related to mission planning.
• Develops and presents briefings, status reports
• Leverages experience across the Center, Group, and external offices.
• Creates/updates/reviews documentation/deliverables/briefings
• Drafts corporate communications with Sponsor and disseminates corporate communications.
• Provides administrative duties for the office and personnel (access to systems, vault access, employee check-in/check[1]out, etc.)
• Tracks procurement/logistics needs for the office/field and coordinates with procurement/logistics team to meet
requirements.
• Provides high-level tracking of budget and funding.
Qualifications
• Requires 12+ years experience
• Bachelors degree in technical field or communications. Equivalent experience may be substituted for educational
requirement
• TS/SCI with Poly required
Optional Skills
• Experience as a Senior Staff Communications Officer
• Experience with management of Field Tactical and Operational Communications systems and Procedures
Experience in war theaters
• Budget experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$113,200 - $237,800
